Refund and cancellation policy

Please read this before you pay. The free tools stay free, so you can try every one of them before you buy Pi7+.

No refunds

Pi7+ payments are not refunded. This covers the first payment and every renewal, monthly or yearly. Pi7+ turns on the moment you pay, so check the plan and the price before you pay.

Cancelling

Cancel from My account at any time. You are not charged again, and Pi7+ stays on until the end of the period you paid for.

Before each renewal charge, Razorpay or your bank sends you a notice, so you have time to cancel.

Failed payments

If a renewal fails you get 7 days to fix it, with reminders on day 1, 3 and 6. Pi7+ stays on during those 7 days. After that the free sites show ads again until you pay.

Deleting your account

Deleting your account stops Pi7+ at once, and the rest of the paid period is not refunded. To keep Pi7+ until the period ends, cancel it first and delete the account later.

Charged by mistake

A mistake is always put right. If you are charged twice, charged the wrong amount or charged after you cancelled, tell us. We check the Razorpay record and pay the extra charge back to the same payment method within 7 working days.

If you paid and Pi7+ did not turn on, tell us. We turn it on, or pay that payment back if we cannot.

If money left your bank but the payment failed, Razorpay sends it back on its own, usually within 5 to 7 working days.
